  1. Combine 1 ounce of each into the cocktail shakers filled with ice:
    1. Light rum
    2. Dark rum
    3. Banana liqueur
    4. Blackberry liqueur
    5. Orange juice
    6. Pineapple juice
    7. A SPLASH of grenadine
  2. Strain into glass over fresh ice
  3. Float a little 151 Rum on top and light it on fire
  4. Garnish with orange slice

  1. Generously butter the foil-lined baking sheet
  2. Cook 16 slices bacon until crisp, drain, split in half
  3. Make the sugar candy
    1. Combine 1 ½ cups sugar, ¾ cup corn syrup and ½ cup water in saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until 260 degrees (10-12 minutes)
    2. Remove from heat and add

1 stick unsalted butter

1 ½ cups peanuts

1 teaspoon salt

  1. Stir once and continue cooking on medium-high until the syrup turns golden brown and reaches 285 degrees (5-10 minutes)
  2. Carefully stir in bacon halves and 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract and 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
  3. Cook until foam subsides and it darkens slightly (1-2 more minutes)
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and tilt it to form thin layer
  5. Let cool then break into pieces

  1. Fill jar with ½ cup heavy cream, screw on lid
  2. Shake 5-7 minutes until you hear a lump has formed and shake 1 minute more after that (after 2 minutes it will be whipped cream)
  3. Separate out the buttermilk
  4. Rinse the butter ball in a bowl with water. Keep rinsing until water is clear
  5. Mix in 1 teaspoon salt
