Al Madrigal

Al is the co-founder of All Things Comedy, alongside Bill Burr. Best known as the Senior Latino Correspondent on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart," Al Madrigal has made a name for himself in both stand-up comedy and acting. He's a series regular and writer on Showtime's dark comedy, "I'm Dying Up Here" and his latest hour special, "Shrimpin' Ain't Easy" premiered on Showtime. Madrigal is also known for his co-starring role in the CBS prime-time situation comedy "Gary Unmarried," as well as NBC’s "About a Boy". His true-life tales have been featured on "The Tonight Show," "Conan," "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live." Madrigal was named Best Stand-Up Comedian at the HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen and taped an hour special for ABC and Univision that won the 2015 “Storyteller Award” at the Mixed Remixed Festival in Los Angeles. Madrigal, the man who “will make you howl until you spit expensive mineral water from your nose” (New York Post), headlines a venue near you.
